How can I find out which UITS computing accounts I have?

If you have an Indiana University Network ID and know your passphrase, you can see a list of your current computing accounts at IU by using the Account Management Service (AMS) at:

https://itaccounts.iu.edu/

After logging in, click view your accounts.

Note: For departmental, student organization, or group accounts, only the account owner is authorized to change the passphrase or other account settings.

If you are unable to log into an account that has already been created, reset your passphrase using the Passphrase Maintenance utility at:

https://passphrase.iu.edu/

If you find that you have both an Exchange account and a Cyrus mail account, one of which you were not aware of, you should log in immediately to ensure no email has arrived at the unknown account.

To log into either type of account, use your current username and passphrase. You can check your Exchange account using Outlook Web App, and you can check your Cyrus mail using IU Webmail. To prevent misdirected mail, you should forward your mail to your preferred address; see At IU, how do I forward my email?
