On my Windows computer, how can I display international characters?
There are several options for displaying international characters on your Windows computer. You can find information about different language versions of Windows at the Windows Vista International Portal or in the Windows XP FAQ. The Windows XP FAQ also has information on the Multilingual User Interface (MUI) and the Microsoft Language Interface Pack (LIP).
