ARCHIVED: What books are available for Unix, and where can I find them?

You can find hundreds of books on Unix, covering everything from general usage to highly specific administration tasks. A good place to start is O'Reilly & Associates, easily the most well-known and respected publisher of Unix-related books. Visit the O'Reilly & Associates web page at: http://www.oreilly.com/ However, O'Reilly by no means has a monopoly on quality Unix material. For information and reviews about other books, visit online booksellers such as Amazon.com and Barnes & Noble.
