ARCHIVED: Where can I find information on converting various font formats?

A good resource for conversion applications and notes for both Macintosh and Windows is Luc Devroye's Type 1 font software page:

Note: Macintosh TrueType fonts are directly compatible with Windows (all you need to do is strip off the resource fork from the Mac file).
