ARCHIVED: With Zterm for Mac OS, how do I transfer files between a remote host and my computer?

To transfer a file from a Unix or VMS host to
your Mac OS computer in ZTerm, at the prompt,
type:
sz filename
Replace filename with the name of the file you wish to
transfer. In the dialog box that appears, you should specify where to
put the file on your computer.
To define a default folder for downloaded files, from the
Settings menu, select Receive Folder.
To send a file from your computer to your account, at the prompt,
enter:
rz
To start the transfer, from the File menu, select Send
ZModem... , or press Cmd-s .
