How do I transfer files between two computers that don't share any network?
If you need to transfer files between two computers that don't share any network, you can copy the files to a some form of removable media (e.g., a flash drive, CD, or DVD), and transfer them physically.
Alternatively, with Windows computers you can use Direct Cable Connection. For more information, see In Windows, how do I use Direct Cable Connection to connect two computers? With a Macintosh, you may be able to connect your computer to another Macintosh as an external hard drive. For more information, see How do I use my Macintosh as an external hard disk for another computer?
