At IU, where can I get my computer hardware repaired?

Indiana University does not offer any university-wide hardware repair service. Individual departments may provide such a service for their own members, but UITS does not offer hardware service for either Macs or PCs.

If your computer hardware requires repair, check to see if it's still under warranty. If so, contact the hardware manufacturer for repair options; you may void the warranty if an unauthorized person works on your hardware.

The phone book can also be a good source of information regarding commercial repair services.
