ARCHIVED: In IUB and IUPUI campus housing, where can I get assistance with my computer?

If you are a resident of IUB campus housing and you need hands-on assistance with your computer, you can bring your computer to the Information Commons for Carry-in Consulting assistance. For more, see IUB Carry-in Consulting services and pricing.

The Carry-in Consulting service doesn't offer hardware installation or repairs. For that, you should either contact the manufacturer or find a commercial computer repair shop. For warranty issues, it's best to consult the manufacturer or a service center authorized to repair your brand of computer.

If you do not need hands-on help with your computer, you can contact your campus Support Center.

If you are a resident of IUPUI campus housing, contact the Support Center.
