Get departmental support at IU

For departmental support, contact your department's local UITS support person. UITS does not offer after-hours support for departments.

Note:
To learn the name of your department's local UITS support person, consult your supervisor, your departmental website, or IT People. If you still cannot identify your local UITS support person, call the UITS Support Center at 812-855-6789 (Bloomington) or 317-274-4357 (Indianapolis).

If you do not have a local UITS support person, you can call the UITS Support Center at 812-855-6789, or email ithelp@iu.edu. When emailing about a problem, be sure to provide as much detail as possible, including the date and time the problem occurred, the system you are using, the full text of any error messages, and the context in which the problem occurred.

For Windows Server and Active Directory Services (ADS) problems, registered local UITS support people can contact Tier 2.
