At IU, whom can I call for departmental support?
For departmental support, contact your department's local support provider (LSP).
Note: UITS does not offer after-hours support for departments.
If you do not have an LSP, you can call the UITS Support Center at
812-855-6789, or email ithelp@iu.edu . When
emailing about a problem, be sure to provide as much detail as
possible, including the date and time the problem occurred, the system
you are using, the full text of any error messages, and the context in
which the problem occurred.
For Windows Server and Active Directory Services (ADS)
problems, registered LSPs can email Tier 2 Support at
t2help@iu.edu .
