At IUB or IUPUI, how can I reserve an STC for a class?

To reserve a Student Technology Center (STC), follow the instructions below according to your campus. To help maintain the accuracy of the posted STC schedules, follow the site reservation guidelines listed in Important things to know about reserving STCs.

Note: Due to their small size, high demand, and unsuitability as classrooms, Residential Technology Centers (RTCs) are not available for reservation.

On this page:

Reserve an IUB STC

To reserve an Indiana University Bloomington STC:

  1. To determine which center will meet your needs, see the List of Labs.

  2. Consult the Schedule of Reserved STCs to determine which STCs are available on your preferred date and time. At the top of the schedule page, use the radio buttons and drop-down menus to define the time period you want to display.

  3. To reserve an STC, fill out the request form. Once your request is processed, you'll receive a confirmation via email.

Note: Your reservation is not complete until you receive your confirmation.

You can verify your reservations at any time by visiting the Schedule of Reserved STCs. Reservations not on this schedule cannot be honored without your reservation confirmation.

Note: UITS consultants will not be present during your reserved time. If you need immediate technical help, call 812-855-3802.
