In Microsoft Outlook, how do I print a phone list from my Contacts list?

Note: This does not apply to versions of Outlook for Mac OS.

To print a phone list using your Outlook Contacts:

Open your Contacts folder. From the File menu, select Print... . The Print dialog box will open.
Beneath "Print style", select Phone Directory Style.
To see how the printout will look, click the Preview button. Click OK to print. Outlook will print the names and phone numbers in your Contacts.
