ARCHIVED: Where can I get help for Majordomo?

UITS has retired the Majordomo list server at Indiana University Bloomington. If you were the primary owner of an IUB Majordomo list, you can no longer use it to send mail. If you'd like to create a new mailing list, anyone with an IU Network ID username and passphrase can request a LISTSERV list. Mailing lists

Majordomo users and administrators also have several mailing lists to which you can subscribe. To subscribe to any of these lists, send the following command in the body of an email message to the Majordomo server at the site hosting the list:

  subscribe listname

For more information on a list, send the following command in the body of an email message to the Majordomo server at the host site:

  info listname

Note: Not all Majordomo options are available at all sites, and thus you may encounter discussions of commands and features that you can't implement at your site.
