How do I save and print a Maple graphic from an X Window System session?

Using Maple in an X Window System session, to save or print a plot:

1. Create the plot.
   
   
2. Click the plot. In the menubar, the Plot selection will change from gray to black.
   
   
3. From the Plot menu, select Export, and then select a file format such as Postscript, GIF, or JPEG.
   
   
4. In the dialog box that appears, change the default filename, if desired.
   
   
5. After saving the file, open another window and print the file normally, for example: lpr -P printername plotoutfile.ps

   Replace printername with the name of your printer, and plotoutfile.ps with the name you gave your file.
