How can I get help or report problems with original Oncourse?
UITS no longer supports original Oncourse. Oncourse CL is Indiana University's current online course environment.
Several resources are available to you for finding help with original Oncourse:
- Visit the Getting Help With Oncourse web page at: http://original-oncourse.iu.edu/help/
- During an original Oncourse session, click
help(at the top of the Oncourse screen) to see online help files for that particular page.
- For help authoring or maintaining a course that you teach, visit the Oncourse FAQ page at: http://original-oncourse.iu.edu/help/facultyguide.html
- If you are still having trouble or need to report a problem, contact your campus Support Center.
