Following are the minimum system requirements for various versions of Corel WordPerfect:

Corel WordPerfect Office X5
- Windows 7, Windows Vista, or Windows XP with latest service pack and critical updates installed (32-bit and 64-bit editions)
- 660 MB hard disk space for minimum installation
- 256 MB RAM
- 466 MHz processor
- 800x600 monitor resolution (1028 x 768 or higher recommended)
- CD-ROM drive
- Mouse or tablet
Corel WordPerfect Office X4
- Windows Vista Home Basic, Home Premium, Ultimate, or Business (32-bit and 64-bit) or Windows XP Home, Media Center, or Professional Edition (with latest service pack and critical updates)
- 466 MHz processor (Pentium III or equivalent processor recommended; 800MHz processor required for Windows Vista)
- 256 MB RAM (512 MB required for Windows Vista)
- 600 MB hard disk space for full installation of all included applications
- Super VGA, 16-bit color monitor with 800x600 or greater resolution
- CD-ROM drive
- Mouse or tablet pointing device
- Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher
Corel WordPerfect Office X3 Student/Teacher Edition
- Windows 98SE, 2000 with Service Pack 4, XP with Service Pack 2, or Vista with the latest service patches and critical updates
- 466 MHz (Pentium III or equivalent processor recommended)
- 128 MB RAM (256 MB recommended)
- 600 MB hard disk space (700 MB for full installation)
- Super VGA, 16-bit color monitor with 800x600 or greater resolution
- CD-ROM drive
- Mouse or tablet pointing device
- Internet Explorer 5.5
