ARCHIVED: For Corel WordPerfect, what are the minimum system requirements?

Following are the minimum system requirements for various versions of Corel WordPerfect:

  • Corel WordPerfect Office X5

    • Windows 7, Windows Vista, or Windows XP with latest service pack and critical updates installed (32-bit and 64-bit editions)
    • 660 MB hard disk space for minimum installation
    • 256 MB RAM
    • 466 MHz processor
    • 800x600 monitor resolution (1028 x 768 or higher recommended)
    • CD-ROM drive
    • Mouse or tablet

  • Corel WordPerfect Office X4

    • Windows Vista Home Basic, Home Premium, Ultimate, or Business (32-bit and 64-bit) or Windows XP Home, Media Center, or Professional Edition (with latest service pack and critical updates)
    • 466 MHz processor (Pentium III or equivalent processor recommended; 800MHz processor required for Windows Vista)
    • 256 MB RAM (512 MB required for Windows Vista)
    • 600 MB hard disk space for full installation of all included applications
    • Super VGA, 16-bit color monitor with 800x600 or greater resolution
    • CD-ROM drive
    • Mouse or tablet pointing device
    • Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher

  • Corel WordPerfect Office X3 Student/Teacher Edition

    • Windows 98SE, 2000 with Service Pack 4, XP with Service Pack 2, or Vista with the latest service patches and critical updates
    • 466 MHz (Pentium III or equivalent processor recommended)
    • 128 MB RAM (256 MB recommended)
    • 600 MB hard disk space (700 MB for full installation)
    • Super VGA, 16-bit color monitor with 800x600 or greater resolution
    • CD-ROM drive
    • Mouse or tablet pointing device
    • Internet Explorer 5.5
