ARCHIVED: Using Linux, how do I set up PPP?

At Indiana University Bloomington or IUPUI, you can set up PPP using ppp-iu, a set of scripts developed by UITS for managing Linux PPP connections to modem pools at IUB and IUPUI.

To download the scripts, and for comprehensive information about Linux PPP, including configuration information and links to other PPP configuration packages, see:

http://www.ussg.iu.edu/support/documentation#iudun

At Indiana University, for personal or departmental Linux or Unix systems support, see At IU, how do I get support for Linux or Unix?
