In Microsoft Entourage and Outlook for Mac, how do I import an address book from another email program?

To import an address book to Outlook 2011 or Entourage from another email program:

Launch the application.
From the File menu, select Import... .
From the resulting Import window, follow the on-screen instructions to select the program from which you want to import your addresses. The contacts will then appear in your address book.
