At IUB, how can a student organization apply for a printing allotment?

To use the printers in the Indiana University Bloomington Student Technology Centers (STCs), a student organization must first have a Network ID. For instructions, see At IU, how can my group or department request a computing account?

Once the organization has a Network ID, the sponsor can request a printing allotment by sending email to  stcprint@indiana.edu . The allotment will remain in effect until cancelled by the sponsor or until the associated Network ID is disabled by the University Information Policy Office.

Note: The sponsor is responsible for the cost of printing beyond the standard printing allotment.
