At IUB, how do I contact the Kelley School of Business Help Desk?

At Indiana University Bloomington, the Kelley School of Business Help Desk, known as Technology Operations and Services, is located on the ground floor of the Corporate Graduate & Executive Education building in CG 0013. The office is open Monday-Friday 7:30am-5pm when classes are in session. During semester breaks the office is open Monday-Friday 8am-noon and 1pm-5pm, except on holidays, when the office is closed. For computing support, School of Business graduate students, faculty, and staff can send email to  tshelp@indiana.edu , call 812-855-4247, or come to the office.

If you are an instructor and are experiencing a classroom technology emergency, you can contact Technology Operations and Services emergency support from any classroom equipped with a telephone with the blue hotline speed dial button. The hotline is available Monday-Friday 7:30am-10pm (while classes are in session).

Note: If the blue button doesn't work, try one in a nearby classroom; sometimes the phones lose their programming if they have been unplugged.

Computing support is also available through the UITS Support Center at 812-855-6789, but Technology Operations and Services can offer help for issues specific to the School of Business, such as laptop recommendations and special deals.

Note: For information technology questions, Kelley undergraduates should contact the UITS Support Center. Graduate students, however, should contact Kelley School of Business Technology Operations and Services.
