At IUPUI, how do I request the repair, activation, or installation of a data jack on campus?
As a faculty or staff member, you can request repair, activation, or installation of data jacks at IUPUI by completing and submitting the Data Jack Request Form, logging in with your Network ID. Record the resulting issue number in case you need to refer to it later. Please allow five to seven business days from the time the order is placed to the actual activation of the data jack.
