At IU, how do I transfer ownership of my Webserve account to someone else?

To transfer ownership of a web account on Webserve (i.e., www.indiana.edu, www.iub.edu, www.iupui.edu, www.iun.edu, or www.iuk.edu), the current account owner will need to find a new eligible sponsor, and then transfer the account using the Account Management Service; see How do I transfer ownership of a group or departmental account?

Note: If the current account owner has left the university and is no longer available to complete the transfer, see My group or departmental account doesn't have a sponsor; what should I do?
