What are archived documents?

Login is for authorized groups (e.g., UITS, OVPIT, and TCC) that need access to specialized Knowledge Base documents. Otherwise, simply use the Knowledge Base without logging in.


ARCHIVED: In Outlook Express or Entourage, what is the Folder List and how do I display it?

In Outlook Express for Windows, or Entourage for Mac OS or Mac OS X, the Folder List displays all of the folders of the accounts you have set up. It appears as a pane labeled "Folders" on the left side of the screen. You can use the Folder List to easily navigate between folders by clicking the name of the folder you want to open. You can also drag and drop messages from the active folder into other folders displayed in the Folder List.

Outlook Express

To view the Folder List, you must have version 4.72 or later of Outlook Express. From the View menu, select Layout... . In the "Basic" section, select the checkbox next to Folder List. Click OK.


From the View menu, select Folders List or Folder List.
