How does the spouse of a deceased staff or faculty member get an IU network account?

Use of university technology resources by spouses of faculty or staff who become deceased while on active appointment is a recognized benefit of honorable service to the university community.

To request such an account, the deceased's department chair must fill out an Affiliate form via the Account Management Service (AMS) at:

https://itaccounts.iu.edu/
