In Oncourse CL, how can I access Administrator Tools to see or edit course information?

If you are a designated Oncourse CL administrator, you can use Administrator Tools to see and edit course information. If you are not a designated Oncourse CL administrator but need access to Administrator Tools, contact  oncourse@iu.edu .

To use Administrator Tools:

  1. Log into Oncourse CL at: https://oncourse.iu.edu/
  2. Click the Administrator Tools tab. You may need to click  - more -  to expand your list of sites; in this case, you'll find Administrator Tools listed under "Other". Or, you may have to add it to your list of visible tabs; see Showing, hiding, and ordering course and project sites.

  3. Choose a site to enter, and click its title. You are now logged into the course as an administrator (i.e., owner). You can modify the course in the same way that the instructor can.
