On IU's streaming servers, what types of files can I stream?

On Indiana University's streaming servers, you can stream the following file types:

  • Windows Media: You can stream Windows Media files ending with the extensions .wmv, .wma, or .asf. Streaming to Microsoft Silverlight players is supported as well.

  • Flash: You can stream FLV, MPEG4 (H.264 video/AAC audio), and MP3 files from the Flash Streaming Server.
