At IU, where can I get help with EndNote, ProCite, and Reference Manager?

The IUB Libraries provide assistance with selecting, installing, and using the ISI software. For more information, visit the Libraries' Bibliographic Software page.

Follow the Training link for information on upcoming training sessions in Bloomington and Indianapolis. You can also follow the EndNote, ProCite, and Reference Manager links for more information about using each piece of software.

Note: Indiana University no longer distributes ProCite, although IU Libraries and UITS staff continue to support it. For bibliographic citation management at IU, UITS encourages ProCite users to switch to EndNote, which is available for Windows and Macintosh. Other alternatives are EndNote Web and Reference Manager. EndNote and Reference Manager are available to all IU students, faculty, and staff for download from IUware. For more, see At IU, how can I get EndNote and Reference Manager?

To avoid incompatibility issues with EndNote 8 and Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2), upgrade to a later version of EndNote. You can download a current version from IUware.
