In Mac OS X, how do I print a PostScript document?
If you have Mac OS X 10.3 or later, open the
PostScript document in Preview, which will automatically
convert it into PDF for viewing and printing. Look for
Preview in your Applications folder.
If you have an older version of Mac OS X, MacGhostView is a shareware program you can use to preview PostScript documents. It does not print, but it can convert your PostScript files to PDF. You can then use a PDF program such as Preview or Adobe Reader to print the converted files. You can download MacGhostView from Kiffe.com.
If you have administrator access and familiarity with Unix, you can also print documents from the Terminal. The instructions are not trivial for the inexperienced, but for more information, see In Mac OS X, how do I use the Unix command-line print commands to print to a PostScript printer?
