For OneStart, how can I get help or ask questions?
In OneStart, many content areas contain a clickable menu in
the title bar; some of these have either a help or More
info: link to targeted support. Be aware that not all content
areas provide such specialized help.
For content areas without such help, try searching the Knowledge Base for answers. Most of the content areas in OneStart were not written by the OneStart team, but were published by other development groups in the university. To determine who can help with a particular content area, contact your campus Support Center.
If you have questions about OneStart, while you are in OneStart,
click Contact at the bottom of the screen to send an email
message to the OneStart team.
If you have problems with the OneStart portal, contact your campus Support Center.
