ARCHIVED: In Outlook Web Access, why am I unable to view some attachments?

When you attempt to view an attachment using Outlook Web Access (OWA), you may receive the following error message:

"The attachment is a type not yet supported".

OWA does not support email messages in the .msg format. However, you can view such messages with no problem using either the Outlook or Exchange clients.
