Using OneStart in Internet Explorer 6 or 7, what should I do if I can't access content areas outside of the OneStart domain?

The Privacy Manager default settings in Internet Explorer 6 and 7 block content areas outside the OneStart domain that use cookies. To access content areas outside the OneStart domain:

  1. In Internet Explorer, from the Tools menu, click Internet Options... .

  2. Select the Privacy tab, and then:

    • To accept all cookies, slide the slider bar all the way to the bottom.
    • To override the default cookie settings for individual web pages:

      1. In Internet Explorer 7, click Sites. In Internet Explorer 6 without Service Pack 2, click Edit... . If you have installed Service Pack 2, click Sites... .
      2. Under "Address of Web site", type the URL of the web site for which you want to allow cookies and click Allow.
      3. Repeat step b for each individual web site.
      4. Click OK.

    • To allow session cookies, click Advanced... . Select the Override automatic cookie handling checkbox, then select the Always allow session cookies checkbox, and then click OK. This will maintain a high level of privacy and still allow you to access most of the portal. In order to ensure access to all of the content available to you in OneStart, in the Advanced Privacy Settings window, under "Third-party Cookies", select the radio box next to Accept.

  3. Click Apply, and then click OK.
This is document akwi in domain all.
