The full range of services includes:
- Expert computer workstation support for both Windows and Macintosh
- Expert help on central services such as email,
Oncourse, Oncourse CL, and web services
*Service begins at 7am.
- Centralized problem reporting and tracking on IU systems
*Service begins at 7am.
Evening and weekend hours
- Basic computer workstation support for both Windows and Macintosh
- Basic help on central services
- Centralized problem reporting and tracking on IU systems
- Ticket creation for more complex workstation and central service issues, addressed by experts during normal business hours
