Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm*

The full range of services includes:

  • Expert computer workstation support for both Windows and Macintosh

  • Expert help on central services such as email, Oncourse, Oncourse CL, and web services
    *Service begins at 7am.

  • Centralized problem reporting and tracking on IU systems
    *Service begins at 7am.

Evening and weekend hours

  • Basic computer workstation support for both Windows and Macintosh

  • Basic help on central services

  • Centralized problem reporting and tracking on IU systems

  • Ticket creation for more complex workstation and central service issues, addressed by experts during normal business hours
