In Oncourse CL, how can I recover deleted or archived course data and files?

After eight semesters (where both summer terms together constitute one semester), course sites are no longer available online. Instructors are strongly encouraged to export and save any information they wish to keep; see Saving course materials beyond eight semesters.

Course site data can be recovered for five years beyond the end of the course at the request of an instructor; course site data older than five years cannot be recovered.

To make a request to recover course, project, or portfolio site data, contact your campus Support Center. A fee may be assessed depending on the type of site and the nature of the request. No fees will be assessed if the retrieval request is in response to a student grade appeal or if the data to be retrieved was deleted due to a system/application error.
