In the Oncourse CL Original Test and Survey tool, when I'm viewing a test response, what does "Pending" mean?

When you're viewing a test or survey response in the Original Test and Survey tool, "Pending" means that the server has not yet received the test or survey submission from the student. Once the test or survey is submitted, the elapsed time and returned time will be posted in the Response menu. Course authors have the ability to delete a pending test or survey response, which forces the student to re-take the test.

Also, network problems, hardware- or software-related problems, or a student's non-submission of a test may cause the system to display pending status.
