To view a DVD on any Mac OS X computer in the Student Technology Centers (STCs) at Indiana University Bloomington:

  1. Insert your DVD into the drive. From the Dock, click the Multimedia folder.
  2. Select DVD Player. A viewer window and a control panel will appear. The control panel functions like a DVD remote control.
  3. To watch the video full-screen, from the Video menu, select Enter Full Screen. To return to normal size, press Command-1, or press Esc.
  4. To hide the control panel or make it reappear, press Alt-Command-c.

If you have difficulty playing your DVD, ask the consultant on duty for help, or contact a consultant at 812-855-3802. Consultants are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
