When logging into CAS, if my passphrase doesn't work, what should I do?
At Indiana University, if you are unable to authenticate to CAS (the Central Authentication Service) with your Network ID, first try changing your passphrase; see At IU, how do I change my Network ID passphrase? If that does not work, you might have to reset your passphrase; see At IU, if I have forgotten my Network ID passphrase, how can I reset it?
If you still have problems logging into CAS, it is possible that your ADS domain account might be locked. See At IU, why is my ADS domain account locked?
If you still cannot log into CAS, contact your campus Support Center.
