Login is for authorized groups (e.g., UITS, OVPIT, and TCC) that need access to specialized Knowledge Base documents. Otherwise, simply use the Knowledge Base without logging in.

In IU Webmail, why can't I see the lists in my address book?

By default, the IU Webmail address book displays individual addresses along with lists. If your address book is very full, it can be difficult to spot lists.

To see only your lists, at the top right of the screen, click Show Lists.
