  1. Go to Financial aid information in One.IU, and click Start.
  2. Click the desired aid year.

You have the following options:

  • If your campus displays the Financial Aid Need Summary link, click it to see how your estimated financial aid budget and expected family contribution were calculated. To return to the summary page, click Return.
  • If your campus displays the Estimated Financial Aid Budget link, click it to see how your cost of attendance was calculated. To return to the summary page, click Return.
  • To display a printable copy of your award letter, click View Award Notification.
  • To accept or decline financial aid awards:
    1. From the main "Student Center" page or the summary page, click Accept/Decline Awards.
    2. Click the name of an award for more information.
    3. The default selection for awards is Accept; to change it, check Decline.
    4. Do not click Submit until you have verified that all awards are marked correctly. Once you submit your changes, the awards can no longer be updated. When you are finished with your selections, click Submit. On the "Submit Confirmation" page, click OK.
      Note:
Most changes occur in real time. However, if you see the word "pending" opposite a changed award, it may take up to 24 hours before your changes are reflected.
