ARCHIVED: At IU, what is QuikPAY, and how can I access it?

QuikPAY is a web-based payment method for Indiana University students to pay their bursar account bills electronically. In addition to making payments, students can view and print statement histories, see current account balances, and print receipts. They can also authorize other individuals (such as parents or guardians) to view a bursar bill, and to pay all or part of the balance due.

To access QuikPAY:

  • Students: Log into OneStart. The Student Self-Service section should be visible; if it is not, select the Services tab, and then choose the Student Self-Service section on the left.

Note: The Student Center and other Self-Service applications use pop-up pages and subpages. If your Internet pop-up blocker is set to block all pop-ups, you'll need to turn it off or change the setting to allow them; see How do I enable or disable pop-ups in web browsers? For further assistance, contact your local Support Center.

Under either "Services & Information" or "Student Information Snapshot", click View/Pay Bursar Bill and follow the instructions. If you like, you can set up access for your parents or others to pay your bills.

  • Authorized payers: Once your student has set up access for you as described above, you can access QuikPAY by following the instructions in ARCHIVED: How do I make an online payment on an IU student's bursar bill?

In QuikPAY, use the View Accounts feature to see current and past bursar bills. Use the Transaction History feature to view details of payments made via QuikPAY.

Note: Students see the history of all payments processed; authorized payers see only the payments they have made.
