In the Student Center in OneStart, how do I print my class schedule or grades?

When you print a copy of your class schedule or grades from the Student Center in OneStart, the default portrait setting cuts off the right side of the page when you print. To ensure a complete printed copy, change the printing setting from portrait to landscape mode. Follow the appropriate instructions below:

Windows

Internet Explorer

1. When viewing your schedule or grades, in the upper right corner of the window, select Print.
2. When the Print dialog box appears, select Preferences.
3. In the Printing Preferences dialog box, select Landscape.
4. Click OK, and then click Print.

Netscape

1. When viewing your schedule or grades, in the upper right corner of the window, select Print.
2. When the Print dialog box appears, select Properties... .
3. When the document properties dialog box appears, on the Layout tab, select Landscape.
4. Click OK, and then click OK again to print.

Firefox

1. To print your schedule or grades in Firefox, you must use your browser's print function rather than the Print button in the Student Center. Click the white area within the schedule or grades window, and then press Ctrl-p to print.
2. When the Print dialog box appears, select Properties... .
3. When the document properties dialog box appears, on the Layout tab, select Landscape.
4. Click OK, and then click OK again to print.

Mac OS X

Internet Explorer

To print your schedule in Internet Explorer for Mac OS X, you must use the browser's print function rather than the Print button in the Student Center. To select landscape printing, from the File menu, select Page Setup... . Click to select the appropriate icon next to "Orientation:" and click OK. To print your schedule or grades, from the File menu, select Print... .

Note: Microsoft is no longer developing or distributing Internet Explorer for the Macintosh. UITS strongly recommends that you use a different browser, such as Safari or Firefox.

Safari

To select landscape printing in Safari, from the File menu, select Page Setup... . Click the appropriate icon next to "Orientation:" and click OK. To print your schedule or grades in Safari, you will need to use your browser's print function rather than the Print button in the Student Center. Click the white area within the schedule or grades window, and then press Cmd-p to print.

Mozilla

To select landscape printing in Mozilla, from the File menu, select Page Setup... . Click the appropriate icon next to "Orientation:" and click OK. To print your schedule or grades, click the Print button in the upper right corner of the window.

OmniWeb

To print your schedule in OmniWeb, you'll need to use the browser's print function rather than the Print button in the Student Center. To select landscape printing, from the File menu, select Page Setup... and select the setting for landscape printing. To print your schedule or grades, from the File menu, select Print... .
