At IUB, how do I reach an off-campus operator?

To reach an off-campus operator on the Indiana University Bloomington campus, dial 9-0 or 9-00 from an on-campus phone. All off-campus operator services are provided by Qwest. To charge an operator-assisted long distance call, use one of the following options:

Qwest calling card
Major credit card
Third number billing (with live verification)
Collect call

Charges are not permitted against any IUB (i.e., 855, 856, 857) telephone number.
