ARCHIVED: How do I change my SafeWord card PIN?

Before you change your SafeWord card PIN (personal identification number), you need to determine whether you have the old or the new type of SafeWord card. To determine which type you have, turn on your SafeWord card and enter your PIN. If your card displays "0", "ECH", or "CHALLANG", you have the old type of card. If your card displays a six-digit alphanumeric code and does not have Bksp and Clr keys, you have the new type of card. After you've determined which type of card you have, follow the appropriate steps below to change your PIN.

Note: Please be sure to follow all the steps below to change your PIN; if you do not, your card may cease to function until it can be reprogrammed or replaced. Reprogramming and/or replacement fees may apply.
