The UITS Support Center provides IT and voice/video communication support to all IU campuses.
IT support 24x7 technical support of desktop, operating system, network services, and applications at two walk-in locations and via phone, email, and live chat
Telephone consulting Support for local and long distance telephone services for faculty and staff including voice mail, repair, cellular and paging services, data jack and telephone installation, and training for services offered; support for local telephone services for the campus housing residents at Bloomington and Indianapolis campuses
Videoconferencing Support for videoconferencing, digital media streaming, and digital collaboration on all IU campuses
