Technology Center Consulting (TCC) at IU

Technology Center Consulting (TCC) provides on-site technical support on the Indiana University Bloomington and Indianapolis campuses as part of the IU Support Center. TCC staff:

• Provide walk-in technical assistance for desktop and mobile computing device platforms (including Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and others) as well as central systems (email, learning management systems, storage platforms, etc.). TCC staff are available for walk-in IT support during operating hours listed in Contact your campus IT Support Center.
• Provide direct assistance to clients of the Student Technology Centers (STCs) and Residential Technology Centers (RTCs) for technical support relating to software and hardware issues, printer problems, supplies, and the overall STC lab environment. TCC staff are available in listed STC locations during operating hours shown in Staffing in the IU Bloomington and IU Indianapolis STCs.
• Provide direct assistance to campus housing residents in acquiring and maintaining their network connection to the IU network. See Connect to the network in IU Bloomington or IU Indianapolis campus housing.

Contact TCC

If you have a problem in a TCC-supported STC or RTC (such as a broken or empty printer, print refund for a failed job, broken lab machine, etc.), don't try to fix the equipment yourself. Instead, notify a TCC consultant on duty. If no TCC consultant is available in your lab, call or visit your campus's primary TCC walk-in location listed below.
