What should I do if I am having problems accessing course materials through EReserves?
At Indiana University, if you are having problems using your course's electronic reserves page (EReserves), try the following:
- If you have forgotten your password, contact your instructor for
your course's password.
- Be sure that cookies are enabled in your browser; see
In Internet Explorer, how do I view and control cookies?, Using Firefox, how do I view and control cookies?, or In Safari for Mac OS X, how do I view and control cookies?
- If you are trying to reach your course page through a specific
URL, you may have an incorrect link. Beginning from the appropriate
main portal at your campus (listed below), search for your course by
its number, the department, or your instructor.
- The regularly scheduled maintenance period for EReserves is
Saturday 1-9am. Try again after this period is over.
- Check the status of EReserves on the IU network and system notices web page. For more information, see At IU, what are my options for accessing IT Notices?
