At IU, whom can I contact for EReserves support?

Note: Indiana University is discontinuing support for EReserves at the end of the spring 2013 semester. Instructors will have access to files in EReserves through the 2013 summer sessions for migration to Oncourse Resources; see At IU, how can I move files from EReserves to Oncourse?

For help using EReserves at Indiana University, click the Help link in the upper-right corner of the main EReserves search page at your campus. See below for a link to the EReserves portal at your campus:

For information for students and faculty about using the system, visit the EReserves FAQ.

If you need further assistance, contact the reference staff at your campus library:

  • At IUB, contact library reference staff online using Ask a Librarian.

  • At IUSB, for the hours of operation and telephone number of the reference desk, and for a link to the online chat service, see the IUSB Library help page.

Visit the IUSB reserves page for information and policies about reserve materials.

  • At IUS, for contact and policy information, see the Course Reserves page.
