In the Oncourse Profile tool, how can I review or modify my profile?

Note: A new profile tool, Profile 2 Beta, is available as an open pilot for all users via My Workspace. The original Profile tool, described here, continues to provide information for site rosters. See Relationship between Profile, Profile 2 Beta, and Roster.

To review or modify your profile:

  1. In the menubar of My Workspace, click Profile.

You will see all the information entered for your profile. However, in this view, you will not see fields for which no information has been entered. Those fields are visible, even if empty, in the profile that others see when they click your name in the Roster tool of a site of which you are a member.

  2. To see all the profile fields, or to modify your profile, click Edit my Profile.

  3. Add, change, or hide information as you wish. If you want to add a picture to your profile, see Adding a picture to your profile in Profile.

  4. When you're finished with your changes, click Save.
