Using Oncourse CL Gradebook, how do I view and sort grades?

Note: To complete the procedures in this document, you must be assigned a role having the necessary permissions. To determine your role, follow the directions in Participant roles. To view a list of permissions associated with a given role, see Permissions, roles, and tools. For a basic understanding of roles and permissions, see Permissions and roles: Overview.

In the Gradebook, there are several tables that you can sort in various ways. In any of these tables, simply click the column heading by which you want to sort the table. Subsequently clicking the same column heading will switch the sorting order between ascending and descending.

Note: The Gradebook currently does not use first names for sorting. If you have several students with the same last name, Gradebook will not sort those students properly based on their first names.
