In the Oncourse Profile tool, how do I search for a user's profile?

Note: A new profile tool, Profile 2 Beta, is available as an open pilot for all users via My Workspace. The original Profile tool, described here, continues to provide information for site rosters. See Relationship between Profile, Profile 2 Beta, and Roster.

To search for a user's profile:

  1. From your My Workspace menubar, click Profile.

  2. Under "Search for Profile", enter the last name or Network ID username of the user whose profile you would like to find. Click Search.

  3. Matching profiles will display underneath the search box. Click a user's name to view his or her profile.
