Using Oncourse Email Archive, how do I control who can send email?
Note: To complete these procedures, you must be assigned a role having the necessary permissions. To determine your role, follow the directions in Participant roles. In a site, to determine who can send email using Email Archive:
- In the menubar of the
site, click
Email Archive.
- Click
Options.
- Under "Accept messages from", choose
AnyoneorOnly site participants.
- Click
Update Optionsto save your changes.
Note: Changing permissions for the Email Archive can affect this setting, so be sure your settings are compatible. See In Oncourse, how do I change the permissions for a tool?
