Login is for authorized groups (e.g., UITS, OVPIT, and TCC) that need access to specialized Knowledge Base documents. Otherwise, simply use the Knowledge Base without logging in.

Using Oncourse CL Resources, how can I see details associated with an item?

When you look at a site's Resources, you can see the title, availability, author, modified date, and size of each file.

If you have sufficient permissions, you can click Edit Details from the Actions menu to see the following details:

  • Created by
  • Created (date)
  • Last changed by
  • Last changed (date)
  • URL

The quota for a course site or project site is 1GB, and the limit for individual file uploads is 200MB unless you use WebDAV. To request a larger quota for your site, see What are the default disk quotas for UITS accounts, and how do I request an increase?
